Peter Lehmann Layers  is a unique multi-dimensional blend that delivers a highly enjoyable journey of discovery for the senses in each and every glass. The colour is a beautiful black cherry with a burst of fresh red berries and spice on the nose. The palate is a pleasant combination of savoury plum and chocolate, ending with chalky tannins and a soft fruited finish.  It drinks beautifully with a range of foods, including Mediterranean influenced meat dishes, spicy Indian style curries and hearty casseroles.

Jean-Marc Burgaud Beaujolais Villages Les Vignes de Lantignié is a masterclass in balance. An attractive deep ruby in the glass, the nose boasts bright aromas of crunchy red fruits and violets. On the palate, the wine has a superb structure, with grainy tannins, concentrated red fruit flavours and excellent acidity lifting the finish.

Poderi del Nespoli Sangiovese has a bright ruby red color with an intense bouquet of fine red fruits. On the palate, the freshness pairs well with soft tannins and notes of violet, cherry and plums. The finish is long and spicy. Pairs best with hearty pasta, ravioli with rosemary in red wine sauce, roasts, grilled steak, mature cheeses. 

Walt Pinot Noir Light garnet in color, this Pinot Noir opens up with beautiful aromas of baking spice, strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry. Hints of rosewater, forest floor and earthy mushrooms. The palate has layered flavors of hearty berries intermingled with savory notes of spice and minerality.
