HOW DOES CLICK & COLLECT WORK?
Prefer to order alcohol online but need it in a hurry? Belfast locals can take advantage of our FREE Click and Collect service from our Belfast Store located at 705 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7GU.
Browse 1000s of wine, beer, and spirit options online, place your order and collect it in-store on the same day or any date that suits you.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
UK & IRELAND: We offer Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) throughout the UK & Ireland via Parcelforce.
Delivery times from the courier service may vary during busy periods.
Our standard delivery rate is £7. Free Delivery is available for orders over £150.
We will send you an email once your order has been despatched and you can track using the link provided or you can check the status of your order on our website by logging in to your account.
BELFAST (BT1-BT12): Free Same-Day delivery for orders over £75 placed before 2pm.
Please Note: If you are ordering 12+ bottles, your order will be split across more than one box.
Deliveries over £500 will need to be signed for.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We always hope that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However, if you receive anything you believe to be faulty or unsatisfactory, please get in touch with us here as soon as possible and we can arrange your returns process.
We accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, providing they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Please ensure goods are packed securely to avoid damage on return. You may either return the whole case or certain bottles. When returning items within the UK please request proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the return postage. Once returned we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase within 2 working days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro & Solo), PayPal and The Crafty Vintner Loyalty Points as methods of payment. We also accept cash in our Belfast store. Fast checkout option available via PayPal.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please provide photographic evidence in order for us to compensate you for the item(s).
Compensation will amount to the value of the original purchase price of the damaged item(s). If you need to report an item, please get in touch here as soon as possible.
HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?
Earn Crafty Vintner points with every purchase you make through our website. Receive 2 point for every £1 spent. Points can be redeemed against any future purchases, either as part-payment or full payment at checkout.
Simply register for an account to start earning today. Points will be automatically added to your account after your first order is processed.
Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. You can log in at any time to view your current Points Balance.

We always want to hear your feedback and encourage our customers to review all products online.
You can rate products out of 5 stars and leave a short description.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?
At checkout, you can specify a safe place that your parcel can be left if there is no-one is at home in our ‘Special Instructions’ box.
Our carriers will not leave parcels anywhere where they feel is unsafe.
You can request that your order is left with a neighbour, in a shed or another safe place of your choice.
If this option is left blank, our carriers will re-attempt delivery on another day.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders over £500 must be signed for by the recipient.
