The palate is warmly embraced by flavours of candied fruit. An intense, rising heat slowly reveals the complex taste of eaux-de-vie patiently aged in oak barrels. A strong spicy cognac note follows, with its distinct peppery flavour intertwined with a hint of dark chocolate. There is a finish of oak notes interlaced with vanilla.
