This Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2020 by Devillard family has intense aromas of red cherry fruit, supported by pepper and menthol. On the palate, the wine is lively, silky with a long fruity and slightly saline finish. It will match perfectly with grilled red meats, and oven roasted vegetables.
It can be served from now at 13-14°C or kept in cellar for up to15 years.

The vineyard for this Bourgogne Pinot noir is made of several plots located in PremeauxPrissey. Vines have been planted between 1956-1965, on clay and limestone soil. Grapes are receiving the exact same care as the others grapes classified in Premier Cru, making it a quality wine.
Aging process is taking place 60% in stainless steel tanks and 40% in traditional Burgundian 228 liters barrels (20% new oak). We only use French oak coming mainly from Bourgogne, Allier and Vosges forests.
