SPARKLING

1/ Sartori Brut Prosecco, Italy

Delicate fruit bouquet, reminiscent of wild apples and acacia flowers; dry, with subtle fruit and nut flavours.

ROSE

2/ Fumees Blanches, Francois Lurton, France

Pale salmon in colour, with intense and delicate aromas of jasmine, juniper berry, lemon and peach. The mouth presents a nice balance with a suave attack and a fresh finish in length with a nice minerality.

This wine perfectly combines the sweetness of peach and the liveliness of citrus fruits.

WHITES

3/ Conde Valdemar Bianco, Spain

Fresh and easy drinking, with citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavours.  Modern refreshing style of white Rioja with no oak ageing.

4/ Fernlands, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

Bright and lifted with quintessential Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc aromatics, fragrances of lime leaf, lemon and a delicate thread of citrus blossom. The palate is fresh and bright, offering up flavours of lemon-lime citrus zest coupled with an underlying streak of dried herbs, all neatly framed and sustained by a fine thread of balanced acidity.

The ultimate aperitif but equally at home with most fresh seafood, summer salads and sheep or goat’s cheese.

5/ Paparuda, Sauvignon Blanc, Romania (vegan)

Passionfruit, tangerine and gooseberry flavours are graceful and elegant, with a lovely, alive mouth feel and a medium body.

6/ Care Sobre Lias, Garnacha blanca & Chardonnay, Spain

Fresh, clean and intense aromas, especially fruity ones (green apple, pineapple and tropical fruits), with a touch of white flowers over a background of hay and aromatic herbs. On the palate the wine is very fruity with balanced acidity, it is intense, elegant and has a long aftertaste.

7/ Porta 6, Vinho Verde, Portugal

Fresh flavours of apple, white peach and tropical fruit combine wonderfully with a classic touch of spritz.

REDS

8/ Secateurs Red, Shiraz & Cinsault blend, South Africa

With prominent peppery, spicey, smokey and ripe red fruit notes, leading to a smooth texture and fineness of fruit tannin. Exuding drinkability.

9/ Petit Mazuret, Merlot Mediterranee, France

Spicy and complex nose of liquorice and vanilla, black plum. Softy-structured and concentrated on the palate. Supple, round and juicy.

A juicy and refreshing wine to enjoy with roasted meats and cheeses.
 

10/ Piedra Negra, Malbec, Argentina (organic) 

Summer fruit aromas and a hint of black pepper. On the palate an attractive concentration of ripe red fruits and coffee which gives volume to the wine. Soft, smooth tannins and a long finish. Perfect with grilled meats, poultry in sauce and a wide variety of Italian pasta dishes.

11/ Fantini Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Italy

A juicy, mouth filling red loaded with dark fruit. A hugely enjoyable everyday red.

12/ Nanit, Natural Bobal, Spain (organic, vegan)

Low intervention, natural wine from organically grown Bobal grapes, with no added sulphites.

Intense red color with violet rim. On the nose, red fruits, blackberries & blueberries are abundant. On the palate, you can expect fresh, ripe fruit and balanced tannins. Very aromatic and light red wine. Delicious.
