Filled on 14th September 1999, it has spent over 23 years patiently maturing in these casks hand-crafted at the Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky, USA. The virgin oak imparts flavours quickly – adding big hits of intense vanilla, coconut, warm spice and creamy chocolate.

The decades have amplified the rich oak notes, adding layers of caramelised fruit and cinnamon, leaving you with a deep, sweet velvety vanilla finish with warm wood spices.
