A rare Irish whiskey, the 21 Year Old Single Malt is aged for a minimum of 19 years separately in Bourbon and Sherry casks, before being married for up to 2 years in Madeira Wine drums. The result is an exceptionally balanced whiskey, with interweaving notes of dark chocolate, raisins and caramelised toffee.
